Travelers Insurance is asking for my opinion ?Really ? This is a complete fraudulent claim and I'm being punished financially and it effects my driving record. This body shop repair was based on a Fred Anderson Auto Group loaner car with faulty brakes for me to use while my 2022 Cadillac XT5 was being serviced. The brakes failed on your loaner car putting me at great harm and lack of safety. I still had to file a claim, pay my deductible to you while you tore the transmission, differential apart on my XT5, which was returned twice still not properly fix. I've had problems from the day of purchase (You screwed up on the title. You failed to put the proper names on title certificate, which has cost me $300. in legal fees). Upon bringing my XT5 in for its 1st oil change, all kinds of mechanical issues started popping up. You have sold me a Lemon of a vehicle. I have no confidence in the quality of the XT5. This is the 3rd survey sent, yet I never hear from Anderson Auto Group trying to make me a happy, satisfied customer.
