I would not recommend this shop to anyone after the behavior of the office person. Her behavior was completely unacceptable and she acted this way over using a credit card being used to pay. I had called in to make sure it was ok and was told it was but even if I hadn’t her loud complaining about it so loud that everyone in the lobby could hear her is unacceptable. I will not use them again.

Austin was great at the repair shop. I would give him a 10. The lady that appeared to be a manager acted terribly and complained so loud while she was in her office that people in the lobby could hear her. Her behavior was completely unacceptable.I would give the office lady a 0.
