Everything about the experience was top notch. Mandy took great care of me and kept me informed throughout the quoting and repair process. The workmanship appears to be fantastic. I appreciated the attempt to buff out scratches as the tailgate looks great. Most appreciated was the total for the repair came in under the estimate.

I just think when the person comes out to do estimate a vehicle the shop needs to make sure you look over the pictures good before you start to repair on the vehicle .. I had to wait another Week before my Jeep was ready just because someone left a dent in my Jeep it was due to the wreck. Thanks to Mark H.. he made everything Right. The shop did a Great job on the body work!!
