I mentioned other areas of concern with my vehicle and they were overlooked. Also, the sales member tried to gaslight me into believing I wasn’t experiencing what I had experienced with my vehicle.

Dee in the front office was great, but Tom was horrible! He didn’t keep me updated on the progress of my car, I had to call every week to obtain an update, he left messages using the wrong name… Having a different repair member would have most likely given me a better experience.
