We will continue our business at Joe Myers Toyota. The only reason I brought it here is the convenience of the location. I will definitely make the drive to Joe Myers Toyota evrytime my vehicle needs something.

I wish I could rate it 0. The "customer service" given there was AWFUL. The guy that my car was assigned to. Was extremely rude upon meeting, the first thingbhe said was," Where's your car?" He looked at it and estimated 10 days. Then he walked away. When returned into the building, the enterprise guy helped me get into my rental. My vehicle was scheduled to be ready first thing Friday May 20. On May 20, I called. At 10am. After I received my state farm estimate complete notification. At 5pm I received a call from an Aaron. He stated my vehicle is ready to be picked up. But there is really bad traffic on 45 and they close at 6pm so I can just pick it up on Monday. I told him I will be there to pick it up before 6. When I arrived I , once again, did not get a greeting. I'm very satisfied with my vehicle repairs but I will never come here again to get anything done.

Wish they would've been a bit more informative. I never received a call to inform of delay and whenever I called to check up on car, it seemed that I had to hound them to check on status. Not a happy customer as I would expect this kind of service from any company except Fred Haas.
