I was told my car would be ready in 3 business days by the guy who looked at it with me. I dropped it off Mobday evening, and he said it should be ready Thursday night or Friday morning. Then I got a text saying it would be ready by 6 pm Friday, which was too late for me to get it. I called and asked for it to be ready by noon Friday and I was told that could not be done. The guy did rush the repairs which I appreciate and it ended up being done at 12:30

I mentioned to my advisor that I had brought a vehicle to Fred Haas in the past and I had issues with the paint. When I called back to check on my vehicle the advisor told me to bring my other vehicle in and let the team look at it because they have a lifetime guarantee policy on their workmanship. I was very please with him looking into it without me asking. Thank you..
