After truck went through quality control, I found upon my pick up examination that they forgot to take tape off of adhesive for weather guard rubber strips on top of the roof, this was obvious from 20 feet away by seeing it flap in the wind. They did correct it by applying glue to my satisfaction. Quality control could use some improvement.

I called on a Thursday saying I would like to make an appointment to drop my car off for repairs, I was told to come back on Monday because Fred Haas doesn't do repairs over the weekend... I asked to make an appointment for Monday and was told it was not necessary... I come back on Monday and was told Fred Haas could not take me because of the influx of repairs due to the ice. (The person in the front told me they remember me and I was there before everything happened, and I should have been able to "jump" the line. This was not the case and I had to wait yet another week to ft my car repaired... It took a week to complete and got a call at 5:30 that my car was finished and I could come pick it up. I was at work in downtown so I couldn't make it before the closing time of 6 PM. So I paid for 3 extra days of car rental. When I got there on Monday is was given the keys and nobody went over the repairs they did... Or a walk through... And there was a scratch on the back (i got the front bumper replaced). I would not have caught that if I didn't do a walk through myself...
