Why would Fred Haas associate its self with the totally unprofessional, non customer satisfaction focused Enterprise Rental Car company. I understand that there is a nation wide shortage of rental cars, but to leave me standing at the Collision center thinking they were coming with a car when they knew they didn't have any is totally unacceptable! Their lack of customer engagement skills makes me wonder about Fred Haas's commitment to customer satisfaction.
