I think they are very expensive but I think that is the case with all car dealers. If needing work done at a Ford dealership, I would recommend.

My only concerns were 1 that I was told that a front end alignment would be done and it wasn’t and 2 that the windshield would be checked for a water leak that was happening and it wasn’t. When a customer is told about the things which will be done and they are not, it leaves a bad taste.

The Freedom Ford Collison Center did a superb job repairing damage to my 2023 Avalon. They made my car look brand-new. The interior was even expertly detailed. I had a great experience with Freedom Ford. Jerry Lafon was my estimator and was super helpful through the whole process.
