Repair work done well, took longer than expected. There was a small scratch on door that I was hoping could have been buffed out within the quote. There was an additional charge to insurance 3x the original amount

I had no idea how much damage hitting a bale of hay could do! It took weeks to get my Subaru back in shape, but Hillary informed me of what was happening each time I called to find out where things stood. I picked up my car today. When I drove it, it felt normal. Thank you.

My Subaru was damaged much more than I realized. Freehold Collision worked on it for 21 or 22 days. I have been driving it for almost 2 weeks and, except for the fact that the air conditioning unit is louder than before, driving the car feels the same as before the accident. Hillary was very informative whenever I called to check on the progress. Very good job!
