After having two separate vehicles involved with fender benders or more frontal impact, communication and persistence by Freehold Collision was nothing short of outstanding. I was referred by a family member who had done some work prior for a BMW and brought in both a bmw and a Toyota for repairs. Between the initial visit to updates on other observed parts to replace, and even handling the supplemental with other insurance party really made it a pleasure to bring our vehicles here. Not only are they ordering original parts, more so have the network and certifications to make sure for proper installation and programming in more advance vehicles. Excellent service ! Anytime I have an issue with my BMW or any other vehicle I only trust them to do the work in a professional manner only using genuine parts not aftermarket. Which is huge and I appreciate the fact they started working on my car immediately and they were on top of my insurance company so I can get my vehicle back asap. I appreciate them cleaning my car inside and out just in time for holiday weekend. Thank you Chrissy Bob and the other team that made it happen 😊
