This improves quality control and reduces paint contamination. Freer has 3 paint booths to handle large and small vehicles eliminating production delays. As a DuPont preferred partner, our computer paint mixing is the best available. CUSTOM FABRICATION - While this is a limited part of our business, Freer has the skill and knowledge to create body parts for antique or classic vehicles where parts have become obscure or unavailable. No one’s car should leave your business in worse condition than it showed up. The irony of the situation is you are a company based on quality work and customer satisfaction, both of which you dropped the ball on in my experience. A word of advice, repeatedly telling the customer that nothing is your fault, and constantly putting fault on anyone else that you can, significantly decreases your credibility. You should be ashamed that someone had to trailer their car off of your lot after being in your care.

The work looks great, and I thank everyone who worked to make sure it was perfect. The only thing I wish would have been done was to wash the outside of my vehicle. I read many Google reviews saying you guys wash and clean other customers vehicles after their service, however I did not get that. There was all kinds of dried drip marks of something, of what was not water. Anyway, no big deal. It was just something I assumed would be done, after reading some of your other customer’s Google reviews. Happy otherwise, and I again thank you.

The car looked like showroom condition. The Mars Orange color of Kia paint was seamlessly matched with the new parts. All the hail damage, which was a lot, is of the past as the car looks new. Thanks to Freer.
