Freer's equipment is state-of-the-art from frame straightening to door dings. Our facility and repair process is climate controlled throughout, including the floors. This improves quality control and reduces paint contamination. Freer has 3 paint booths to handle large and small vehicles eliminating production delays. As a DuPont preferred partner, our computer paint mixing is the best available. CUSTOM FABRICATION - While this is a limited part of our business, Freer has the skill and knowledge to create body parts for antique or classic vehicles where parts have become obscure or unavailable. Great communication Tim and Margaret kept me informed through the entire process. My paint matches and the front where all the damage occurred aligns perfectly. Awesome shop. Take your vehicle there if you want it done right.

The work was great. No complaints. This was our 3rd experience. We will, however, not be returning due to customer service. I called because my insurance company told me that we needed a supplement on another one of our cars. I had zero idea of what that was or what it involved. I was rudely snapped at by the woman on the phone. I would have been happy to pay for the time involved had it been explained to me civily. One car ended up being totaled. I would have switched shops if not for the kind man from my insurance company that dealt with this for me. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

Customer service goes above and beyond anything I have experienced in the past with other companies. The workmanship is exceptional. A rental car was arranged for me and they even gave me a beautiful red rose on completion. If I ever need body work again I will go straight to Freer.
