The car came out perfect. I can’t even see where the damage was. It has been driving the same as before the accident so there is no complaint about the repairs themselves. On the other hand, It is unclear what some of the repairs listed on the invoice are. I guess I could have stayed at asked but I did not have a meeting with the mechanic themselves so I’m not sure how much information I could have gotten. For example: My car had mostly cosmetic damage to the wheel well and bumper plate, but there is reference to removing the roof racks? Did the paint buffing go up that far? Was it precautionary? Additionally, the process was long and updates were only available when I called and asked. Perhaps a clearer explanation of the timeline was not possible given shipping of parts or other logistics but communication could have been made easier.
