I have a few issues with the condition of the repairs. First off I brought my truck in after talking with the collision guy at the desk and was told that he would call me in once the parts where in to minimize the down time of my truck and that was far from the truth. Then I drop my truck off to have like new parts put on a brand new truck. Also they had my truck for just a little over two weeks and then they give it back and the headlight is not working because they used like new parts. I bring it in a second time and now the light is still not working. So now I have to waste another day to bring it in a third time. Completely ridiculous and all this time I am having to get people to pick me up and bring me back and forth because of their negligence. No one is trying to accommodate this situation. Then this past Friday they were supposed to leave my keys in my truck so I can pick up my still broken truck and I get dropped off and no keys so now I am running all the way home to grab a spare key to be able to have a vehicle. I don’t know who to speak to about this but no accommodations for their mistakes is completely unacceptable. Be better people.

Completely Satisfied with the Body Work. One concern was the Sensor for the Cruise Control was not properly reinstalled and calibrated. It was not operative. Had the Dealership re-calibrate and install the Sensor correctly. Everything else was satisfactory. Thank You, Richard Brasseaux

Prompt service, great work done, and updates were provided by the service desk. Truck was washed and ready to roll after a visual inspection of the work performed and all of my questions were answered regarding the paint work.
