They were less expensive than another shop, but I guess you get what you pay for. I wasn't looking for a bargain job, but is what I ended up with. The trim doesn't fit like it did before, and the left fender liner must have given them problems because they had to enlarge holes to get it to fit. One retaining bolt was missing, and there was not much evidence of rustproofing inside the repair. This was on a "like new" 3 year old vehicle, and I really expected better. I didn't argue about the price which I thought was fair, but only for a good job. That wasn't what I got, it was just OK.
