Excellent job on the repair of my vehicle. Very informative and great work. The only complaint that i have is when i side vehicle was cleaned it come back to me with a horrible smell. Its been a week and car still smells like a dead animal or rotten trash! I believe the people who cleaned interior should take a smell and re due it. Horrible smell!

Paint has a good amount of orange peel and the front bumper has contamination. It doesn't seem like much wet sanding was done. The driver's side door doesn't line up properly (up and down where the striker is and is recessed in). The panels do not line up and some panel gaps are quite bad. The new paint does not seem to be blended into original paint. Also, the car no longer drives straight anymore. Communication was also poor

We had an issue where the wrong info came from the insurance company. Megan took the time to call insurance on a speaker call so we could discuss options and all be on the same page. They also made a special arrangement for the car to be picked up due to my distance from the shop.
