On the day I was originally told to pick up more damage was discovered. My wife was ready to assist me, taking the day off, to drive me out so that I could drive my car back, but couldn't then get the real pickup day off when the newly found damage was repaired. I'm glad they found it before I picked up but they knew it was a 90 minute drive for me and the extra 5 day delay was really inconvenient after we'd taken steps to be able to pick up on the original pickup day.
