While the personnel and service were excellent, I am confused by the unusual payment policies, charging an additional fee for credit card payment, taking 15-30 minutes to accept a check, and the lack of change when paying cash. This costed me an additional balance of the cash I provided and the total of my bill. A better system is necessary!
