Everyone was very kind and friendly, the office staff recommended. I wait and bring my car in after I got completed a cruise when I dropped my car off. It was a hassle free by Enterprise coming to pick me up,just as the drop off of the car at Gamboas and Enterprise could come and pick it up at Gamboas.very professional shop.

Im upset that you guys took short cuts and broke the pins on tlx symbol and then tried to double side tape it. The fact I had to request that the spoiler had to be realigned without you guys comparing the before and after pictures is pretty upsetting. The trunk i can tell you guys had to adjust it because it doesnt close easy anymore. Even after the accident the trunk closed normal. After fixing it we have to slam it shut now. Also the LKA sensor on the windshield does not work after stating it was fixed.

The one thing they did right was paint match the car. The short cuts they performed on the car are the following: - they did not adjust the spoiler on the car and compared it to the original placement without myself having to say something that it did not sit in alignment with the car. - Instead of properly installing the badges on the car. They broke the back clips on the car and double sided tape the badges on. - The trunk is not installed properly. Prior to installing the new trunk, you could close the trunk very easily. Now you have to slam the trunk closed. - All of front crash safety sensors turned on 24 hours after receiving the car back. - They would not give the keys over without signing paperwork releasing the vehicle. I would never go back to this place.
