I am very pleased with the overall experience. From start to finish, the customer service was great. The team was very attentive and kept me updated throughout the whole process. The work on the car was great and I was surprised to the car washed and detailed.

Extremely satisfied. They cleaned the car as well. Damages were repaired to the point that there doesn't seem to be any cosmetic damage. Sensor seems to be okay uppon replacement.

They service and work were outstanding. They even helped me move all of my suitcases, bags,cooler back seat liner from my suv to rental suv and they did the same when I picked up my vehicle. They also allows my two be in their air conditioned office while we accomplished these tasks. It was 95 degrees + on both days. Wonderful customer service.

They were wonderful. They helped me pack all of my vacation gear at the outset and repack into rental vehicle. They kept me informed on a daily basis . When I picked vehicle up Mr Gambia took another test drive to make sure all was ok. They helped me repack my vehicle. In meantime Mrs Gambia kept my dogs in air confirmed office as it was very hot outside and on pavement
