Garriss Body Shop is a family owned auto body repair business that has been doing business in the Kinston/Lenoir Market since 1987. We now offer two locations for our customers. The original location is at 2883 Hull Road and our addition in 2019 at 2760 Hwy 11 North. Our mission is to provide high quality, timely and efficient repairs. We use the latest in advanced technology to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition ensuring a proper repair while using Original Equipment Manufacturer Repair Guidelines. We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty for workmanship.

After fixing the car door our door speakers went out and they did not even bother to fix it instead referred us to an audio place. It was their mistake so I would've liked for them to fix it. I was not able to take the car to the audio place since the guy only had to days available and I had to work on both days. I am glad the body shop was able to fix the main issue but unsatisfied that they didn't bother to fix their mess up. My speakers literally went out on my way home after picking it up from the body shop. When I called the girl told me most likely it was a loose wire and they would get it fixed but when I took it back the guy just looked at it and got it to work for a little and then told me to go to the audio place instead.

During the process when the car was supposed to be fixed the first time they did not update me that the door they had ordered had came in damaged and that another had to be ordered and would take another week instead on the day that I was supposed to pick it up I called because I had not received an update and they finally told me then but before that no one had contacted me. Then they gave me another date when it should be ready and the same issue no one called to update me that the new door had not arrived and that it would be another week. I'm upset at the lack of communication.
