They were very thorough yet fast when they looked at the car after the accident. I appreciated the communication about what needed to be done. They took care of getting us a loaner/ rental while the car was in the shop as well as the return so we never had to leave the shop to get the rental. Very friendly staff no matter who we saw! A bonus is they were Kia certified ( we have a Kia). The car came back looking like we were never rear ended!
