Repair took Ten times longer than necessary for the work performed, had to be redone due to poor repair quality (fish-eye, color match, orang peel/poor quality body work, prep, dirt in paint, paint runs, paint load-ups), and was delivered unapologetically and without reimbursement for time, frustration, or acceptance of any concerns on the part of this customer.

Great work! 5 stars, still gotta replace my window, but they can’t control the mail or the speed with which it gets there. Very accommodating. Most professional, as the vehicle was clean when I got it back. (Ps. 2016 highlander guy. Found the 2nd key!)
