Since our mechanic recommended Gatwood, I'm assuming my experience was abnormal. Plus, they did seem committed to fixing my car to my satisfaction.

The work on my car was not correct the first time I came to pick it up. The people at Gatwood took ownership of the problem, were apologetic, and promised to make it right. The second time I came to get my car, the problems were corrected and I was pleased with the result.
