In all of my years, I had never had an auto-body experience [or rental]. Gaumonds from day one demonstrated perfect customer service. To the degree that one would hope for, when presented with worry and concerned for your new [now slightly damaged] vehicle. To be reassured, to be listened-to, to be caring and thorough ; all the calming reassurance that just fell into place. I had extenuating circumstances, since having to lease/rent a replacement car for a month, was a new experience. There too, it was Gaumonds that carried the burden of everything for me. Staying in my corner, and reassuring me on certain details that seem to be common place errors, with rentals. Not to mention the final product. Having both professionalism in customer car, and in perfect craftsmanship delivering the end result ; in making your car look flawless, once again. You appreciate the steps it takes to get from the beginning to the end point...and patiently waiting pays off beautifully, in the end.
