I’ve already told a multitude of friends and family in the area to give them their business if they haven’t already. I live in Dorchester now, but finding a shop you know both in head and heart you can trust is sometimes a rarity. I will definitely be making the trip back home whenever I need service.

Dealing with car trouble is always stressful, especially since it usually comes as an unexpected or unforeseen circumstance. This was my first time dealing with insurance and a claim and all the technicalities that come with it. Gaumond’s was with me every step of the way and took all the stress out of the equation. They helped me procure a rental and I was even able to leave the rental in their lot when picking up my repaired vehicle. I’m very thankful for all the help and kindness.

When I dropped my vehicle off, I had requested a completion date 3 days later. To my delight, I received a call on the day I requested indicating my vehicle was completed. The job was down 1st class and the vehicle delivered immaculately clean. Thank you everyone for the great experience
