It took too long. I know the damage was extensive but it still took too long. I would have liked to be informed more often what the reason for the hold up was. If the shop had difficulties getting the alignment done at the usual garage, go somewhere else. Your customer comes first!

What stood out most to me as a positive was carol's follow up and keeping me up to date on the repair of my vehicle. In the past, when I've had to bring my car in on an insurance claim, I've had to make a phone call to initiate the conversation to get an update. The body work and paint job were done with attention to detail. I wouldn't have known the car was in an accident.
