I would not recommend this repair facility to my family or friends. Based on my experience, the quality of the repairs and the condition in which my vehicle was returned did not meet the expectations that were set. I was promised a clean, well-repaired vehicle, but the final result did not reflect those assurances. I believe customers should receive the level of service and workmanship they are promised, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.

No, I am not satisfied with the quality of the repairs. The workmanship did not meet my expectations or the promises that were made before the repair. The bumper area that I was told had been repainted does not appear to have been painted at all, and the condition of my vehicle when it was returned was unacceptable. Instead of being clean and well cared for, the vehicle had visible swirl marks and scratches across multiple areas, making it appear worse than when I dropped it off. Based on the quality of the repairs and the overall condition of my vehicle at pickup, I cannot say I am satisfied with the service I received.

I was satisfied with the customer service, as the staff was friendly and professional throughout the process. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the quality of the work. I was extremely disappointed when I picked up my vehicle. I never expected a professional auto body shop to return a black vehicle that appeared to have been wiped down with a rag instead of being properly washed. The result was visible swirl marks and scratches across the paint, which made the vehicle look worse than when I brought it in. I was so disappointed at pickup that I chose not to say anything at the time and simply left. While the customer service was positive, the quality of the workmanship and the condition of my vehicle did not meet my expectations.
