Work was fast and very good, they excelled at communicating. They also stayed open a few minutes late for me to pick up my vehicle on a Friday. Can’t ask for more accommodations.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work this shop provides. They have had my vehicle for 10 days now. They said it was ready last Friday. I came to pick up my car all to find out the paint job was terrible. Both doors had the orange peel effect and the back right door had two large areas that were literally rough like sandpaper. The back panel above the rear tire had scratches, they hadn’t even fixed them. Today when I went to pick up the scratches were still there. The painter said that they weren’t in the estimate. I asked Nancy why that was not communicated to me? So I had to leave my vehicle there once again.

I was very satisfied with especially Nancy. She is very gentle and polite. Always answering all questions and informing us of all details we needed to know. Not pushy like other place we went to.
