I gave them a chance to communicate back with me about the service issues and forcing me to go do my own work to complete the job. But they did not contact me back.

The bumper looks good and painted plastic look acceptable but techinical repairs were not done.

They did a good job on my bumper and repairing the damage/scratches inside the little hole of the wheel well. however, I did not appreciate the fact that they forced me to go to my stereo store and have them diagnose the problem with the cable that caused my rearview camera to not work. I had to go to my own people who install my car stereo and have them diagnose it. They spent multiple hours and then after the fact we’re told that they needed to have pictures to prove it. So that it could be claimed on insurance. The people decided it wasn’t worth trying to take it apart again and find where the wire was pinched in order to fix the backup camera being triggered. I tried to contact them and they did not respond back to me about the situation. It took me multiple days and quite a few hours to get this work done and the shop did not get anything out of it. I told him from the get-go this was not my responsibility to do it and yet they still asked me to go do it.
