I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service. Luis took me to enterprise to pick up my rental, kept me informed on my repairs every step of the way, and even stayed 30 mins after business hours to help accommodate me picking up my car when it was finished.

They were great about everything! Gloria was especially helpful. She called several times and kept me informed about what was going on. The only complaint I have is with CSAA. I called in the claim on the weekend. I got in a rental on Monday. Monday morning the CSAA adjuster called me. My car required towing to the shop. I was told that it would take 24 to 48 hours to get someone out to move the car. The tow truck arrived on Wednesday. Since my policy covers only $25 per day for a rental and Enterprise did not have the size car I had requested. I had to pay an additional $54 out of my pocket because CSAA could not get someone to tow a car for 48 hours!

The bumper is still sticking out and the bolts on the tire were left extremely lose where the tire could have fallen off when driving. Customer service was good. Enterprise rental car was awful!! They are so awful with their customer service. I was shocked because I had decent experience with them in the past. The Modesto McHenry Enterpris

Door panel has waves and a few divots and scraps not repaired. Bed bolts at rear of cab has chips , truck needs to go back to be completed properly
