The front desk customer service was lacking and the process of dropping off and picking up the vehicle was more lengthy than anticipated. We scheduled 7:30 drop off becuase my husband works across the street and starts at 730 so we were under the impression he would walk in sign a form hand off keys and leave and it turned into a 30 minute process both appointments for the estimate and for the repairs. As well as when dropping off for repairs we were asked to sign an estimate for the repairs which included a $500 deductible which our insurance already confirmed twice was being waived. I was not comfortable with acknowledging a price that I knew to be wrong and was told several times to sign any way as it was “just an estimate” I declined and asked to have the paperwork updated and insurance confirmed before signing on a price estimate. Which at that point it was confirmed changed and I had no problem signing the paperwork.
