The Lady at the front desk was fantastic. Unfortunately I had to call and follow up on if my vehicle was done. I didn't get updates regularly on the progress except a text that told me 2 days after I dropped it off that it was now going to be looked at and worked on

Excellent service! Every staff member working with me was incredibly friendly and communicative. Gloria completed my initial estimate quickly and even added air to my tire as it was running low. I needed to have my bumper replaced and it was done in one day! They even hand washed my car when the repairs were complete and dropped off my rental for me.

Auto body shop left my trunk dusty, failed to put spare tire covers back and was left in the passenger seat, missing clips/pins from the bumper and had to go back for them to replace.
