The repairs were fine except that the car was dirty and it was not until I went to pick up that they noticed it so they went to clean it and I had to wait (they knew I was coming so not sure why they did not check it ahead of time) and still they did not clean it well, when I open the door where the work got done the inside door area was very dirty.

Very basic service and quite frankly that is all I need as long as they don't drop the ball except that they did drop the ball in three areas; arrangement for car rental, did not notify me aaa was not going to cover some scratches under same incident, and dirty car when I picked up.
