Was dissatisfied with initial repair, they used an off market repair part and it kept popping out. I brought it back and was told that the part is an after market part but since we were having issues they’d order a Toyota part. It should have been a Toyota part to begin with. Costs and quality of repair should not have been compromised to begin with. The damage was not even my fault. Luckily everything was rectified, but the fact that I had to come in an additional 2 times for this (although a short period of time) is still inconvenient.

I was thoroughly dissatisfied with the repairs they did to my vehicle. There were several issues that needed attention. First, my vehicle was pulling to the left, which indicated a tire alignment problem. Second, both cracked tail lights were not replaced, and the left tail light was not seated properly. Third, the left license plate light seal was damaged and had water inside. They painted the entire right side panel of the bed and did some touch-ups, but they left highly visible dents that could have been removed. During the painting process, they seemed tempted to buff a part of the right side of my truck and left spots, resulting in my truck looking like it had three different colors. Lastly, after picking up my vehicle while driving on the freeway, I noticed that the hood was left open. The only repair done was the bumper, while other parts of the rear body had defects. This was a rear-ended accident, and I found loose bolts not seated properly that attach to the bumper and frame of the vehicle. Damaged bolts were used, and one side of the bumper is not seated properly. This was a very poor job. All they did was add bondo and try to get by. I am very disappointed.

Overall, my car looks nice. However, the new front piece is not flush with the connecting side - meaning on the passenger side. You can actually see the interlocking pattern between them.

There’s some issues with the paint and my backup sensor is always on when I reverse as if something is there besides that every ting is good.
