Jason was horrible at communicating. I picked up an unfinished car and had to return twice to fix the problem. I was told that they just didn’t have anyone to polish the car I picked it up.

Great communication, very professional. The owner William is very friendly, informative , helpful and he went above and beyond for my concerns. Staff very nice and accommodating . Job done excellently my car looked exactly the same as if an accident never happened. Grateful and contented with the outcome. 10/10

Only complaint I had was how long it took for the repairs, and never received updates on progress. Was gone on vacation for 10 days, and never heard anything. When I returned, called and found out they needed a few more days to finish. Work looked to be excellent though!
