The communication from Josue was great. He was very professional, kept me informed and responsive. Even when a couple issues came up, he and the team were quick to resolve them. Their goal was to ensure we were satisfied with everything. Josue did a great.

Too many issues to list. Car returned with parts dangling, not contacted as promised, took longer than promised, repair ended up costing almost $5,000 more than estimate, tried to bill insurance for parts mistakenly ordered.

Truck was not left how it was

Wasn’t happy with it I’ve reached out but no answer. My truck went in for repairs and the tailgate wasn’t left like before. My tailgate slams open now and that’s not how it was before. Some cables were left exposed below the steering wheel and when I’m truck was washed it was scratched and left with swirl marks all over the truck. I get the truck detailed to avoid this issue. The paint job wasn’t good either you can tell where they sprayed and it seems like it has texture. The people who attended and helped me were amazing and super helpful and are really out there to help you. I wish I could say the same thing for the work that was done on the truck

Car looks good but it will never be the same. Not all the repair shops fault. AAA had issues too.

Everyone was very nice, just some issues with a couple of items that were not fixed and perhaps an alignment issue as the car is noisier than it used to be, but it was hit pretty hard.
