I am extremely satisfied with my experience using G&C auto body for my vehicle repairs. William Thompson was in charge of the process with my car. He gave me step by step information about what was happening with my vehicle, and when I had questions about the repairs report, that I didn’t understand because I’m not a mechanic, he took time to go over each section with me and thoroughly explain why each thing was being done. This alleviated so much stress off my shoulders. He communicated with me via phone and text, keeping me up to date on when my vehicle would be ready. When I picked up my car, he again went through each item on the repair list and showed me the areas of each repair. He went the extra mile by cleaning my head light that wasn’t damaged, so that they were both clean, making it unnoticeable that one was replaced and the other was not. This meant so much to me. William went above and beyond what I expected.
