Very satisfied with their 2x weekly updates. Staff were very courteous, except for misalignment on the hood adn bumper when the car was first returned after repair. They immediately remedied the misalignment and we were then satisfied with the alignment.

It took a very long time to fix and then was "In Transit" for 2 days. Otherwise very good to work with.

I can see some cracking in the welding inside the trunk

You need to reconfirm before client picks up car that the insurance agency still has a deductible or it was waived. My deductible was waived while car was being serviced and I called the day before pick up date asking G and C to contact AAA to confirm it was waived. When I arrived and saw the bill it was not waived on bill. I called this to the attention of the receptionist and it was eventually waived after contacting AAA. Took extra time.

Very unlikely at this point. They damaged our van and have not made it a priority to fix it. I would think they would try and fix their mistake quickly

The van was damaged by the body after it was repaired and then delivered to us damaged.

Inside and outside of van were dirty. Lt headlight len has a scratch on it. Lt fog light missing bezal. Rt front lower nose and under cover were run over something. The front bumper cover has the paint scratched off and the lower part of the radiator core support is poking through the lower cover. There is over spray on the hood and the engine compartment was not clean. We set pictures to G&C the next morning and they said they would fix it right a way. It been a week now and they have not done anything to fix it. The van was delivered to our house this way. We put it in the garage and have not driven.
