There are really two scores. I will give them a 10 for the turnaround time of having the repair done- 3days- and a 10 for the work on the damage. I would give them a 5 or less for the clean up of the car after the work was done. This is a brand new 2023 Cadillac that I purchased in late May. I didn't notice the problem until I had the car washed after picking it up. The entire inside of the car had to be wiped down, there was white paint dust all over the car, seats, dashboards, sideboards, carpet, floor mats. It is as either they didn't lay anything down inside the car and left the doors open when they painted it.

G and C took over the Koss Collision business after one of the brothers died. Koss was highly regarded in Santa Clara Valley. G and C continues with exceptional customer service and craftsmanship.
