I was extremely satisfied with my experience working with G and C Auto body. They were very professional, communicated well and were very prompt in ordering parts and completing the repairs. Most of all the work done on the car looked great! Frank was my advisor and I cannot say enough about him; he made a stressful situation much easier. I would definitely recommend this company.

Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of the repairs and the vehicle looks good. However, I did notice that one side of the rear bumper appears to sit slightly lower than the other side. While this is a minor issue, I believe the alignment could be improved.

One concern during my visit was the presence of animals roaming around the office and customer waiting areas. Some of the animals approached customers, which may be uncomfortable for certain visitors and does not create a professional or welcoming environment. I would encourage management to address this issue to improve the overall customer experience.
