I had an amazing experience getting my car repaired here. From the get-go, your team was friendly, attentive, and really took the time to understand what needed to be done. The whole process was completely hassle-free, which I truly appreciated. You guys were incredibly accommodating and kept everything smooth and stress-free. My car turned out great, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. On top of that, the storefront and parking lot were very well maintained, which says a lot about how much you care about your business and customers. Overall, just a great experience—I would definitely recommend them!

My car did not get inspected the way it should have done for water damages.

I am very unhappy with how my claim was handled. My vehicle had interior water damage, but G&C Auto Body was not authorized to perform a deep inspection because AAA would not approve it. Even though the shop mentioned finding some mold in the vehicle, they were only instructed to perform a detailing and treated to prevent mold. G&C rep Ralph kept saying g that you guys only instructed him to Do the detailing but you guys are saying he didn’t mention anything about mold. Given the potential risks with water damage, I expected a more thorough inspection to ensure there were no hidden issues under the seats or in other areas that are not immediately visible. Unfortunately, that was never authorized, and now I have concerns about possible damage that may have been overlooked. Overall, this experience has been very frustrating and disappointing.
