G and c was professional and do good work. I was going into the hospital so they had me drop my car off there Sunday night and they returned my car to me by the time I came home from having surgery. This process made the process painless for me....one less thing to worry about, and the body work is beautifully done! Thank you g and c!

I only did not give them a 10 because the front office made a mistake that caused me some serious issues. I was supposed to pay the car in full, she asked would you like to pay the $200 down or the entire payment? I said let’s go ahead and pay for the whole thing. Then the person who picked up my car was told they had to pay the balance when I picked up the car because the office did not follow instructions. They paid and could not credit the card without me having to ask the person to drive back down and I was threatened to be taken to court for the error. David Thur and the work they do is always a 10. This particular oversight caused a lot problems. When I asked if they could cancel the transaction since it only happened an hour or so before, they said no. Did not help to resolve the situation at all and acted complacent in our call.

It was okay. Did not leave shop satisfied due to not having a simple head light fixed. Explained to estimator prior to the accident my headlight was working just fine. I should be receiving my car back with everything working condition.
