I feel totally comfortable recommending Butman Ford....but I would also warn them about the inability to get parts from Ford

My '21 Escape was the third vehicle the collision center has worked on and the quality of their work has been exceptional. The most recent experience was married by Ford's inability to supply the parts needed to complete the work

The body shop representative who worked with me was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. The quality of the repair was outstanding. The work did take somewhat longer than I thought it would.

If I didn't work for Ford, this dealer experience would steer me away from the Ford brand entirely.

I have received 0 communication without calling myself after I brought my car in for collision repair. The initial repair estimate was inaccurate and I was not informed of when my car would be ready until the day before. When I received my vehicle back my steering column/i-shaft had been improperly re-assembled and had loose bolts at an u joint. That was remediated quickly but after a weekend of driving the vehicle I noticed glass still present in the rear of the vehicle from the accident. Additionally, the remote start and horn no longer functioned. I informed my insurance of these issues and had them contact Gene Butman. Gene Butman agreed they had screwed up and promised a loaner car. It took 4 days to get a loaner vehicle after their promise. I have heard no estimate of when my vehicle will actually be complete. The loaner vehicle is 2013 Fusion with normal plates on it, not dealer plates, the suspension in it is bad and it handles very poorly. Gene Butman has now given me back two unsafe vehicles. My car and its original "repairs" and this hooptie loaner that gets unsettled going over any uneven pavement. The customer experience here is poor. I am a Ford employee and I am embarrassed to work for the corporate entity as Gene Butman.

They are understanding, but also not proactive.
