The only ding to rate them a 9 instead of 10 is that the well-deserved high demand for their services meant having a bit of a wait before I was able to get my car in. That said, it was well worth the wait! Couldn't be happier with the repair job and the attentive service provided throughout.

The work they did on my car was great. The only reason I didn't give a 10 was because I had asked for an oil change and tire rotation also. When I got a message my car was done I went and picked it up. I was told they couldn't do the tire rotation because of a lig nut problem. Had they of called me, I would have told them to go ahead and do what they needed to do to fix the problem. But they didn't call to tell me anything and the service wasn't done so now I have to go back another day to get it done. One phone call and it would have clarified everything.
