I feel they should of totaled it car is not right

My car is not right, it still pulls to the right abd my headlight are still spotting dear. Also I feel that this car was wrecked before, i feel the whole car frame is bends, it still shake., hit breaks at stop light and it pulled me to the right like it wanted to go where ever felt like it, plus front end is making nosies. I feel that this car should of been totaled
