I would give a higher rating, but did not due to an improper evaluation of the vehicle, resulting in a second repair. The work they did though was great once the job was finished. Good people and good communication.

The use of aftermarket parts when the oem parts were readily available and cheaper from Mopar website is very disappointing. The hood is like paper bag blowing in the wind.

The only reason I am not giving a ten is bc they loosen the battery bolts and forgot to tighten them back making the car stall while I was going home from work and though I had to get it to a garage to get a new alternator or battery. Likely a friend saw the issue and fixed it before that happened.
