I’m delighted with the way my cat looks(one exception and it’s not because of your wonderful service. I wish the opposite headlight could have been replaced so the front of the car would look equally nice) I truly appreciated all your work and I certainly didn’t expect for the car to be washed😃 Please pass along my compliment to Sarah also. Reviewing the paint work that was done I’d say was a nice job. I am pleased and satisfied with the finish. The interior of my vehicle looked as if it was cleaned but once entering my vehicle I noticed white powdery substances covering seats, dash and flooring I’m not sure what that could be. I also noticed my steering wheel is so hard to turn when it was not like that when I dropped it off. Now that’s something else I’m going to have to have looked at! I chose Gerber collision because they were with the insurance company suggested when. I arrive I was told they weren’t busy at all. so I asked them what would be the time for the repair on my vehicle my estimate was two weeks of completion. (Simple paint work) My completion date was changed three times and was not completed on time I would not recommend if you want to make sure your vehicle is completed in the timeframe that was first given. Because of that delay in completion I really messed up plans I already had!
