Texts were exactly as stated, but I do prefer an "old fashioned" conversation. Otherwise I felt very comfortable about leaving my car with you. Your shop seemed well established an organized. Gerber had our vehicle, a 2016 Subaru Outback, for nearly two weeks to repair damage to the front fender, driver’s side. I was told this was due to delays in receiving the correct replacement part. Very disappointing.

Even though it took a month do to unforseen circumstances to get my truck back, it looks beautiful AND your company covered the rental costs for the last 5 days my insurance no longer covered due to the length of time it took to complete the repairs. That is good customer service.

I was very impressed by the fact that when I picked my car up they had it cleaned it of course on the outside but they went a step further and cleaned the inside as well.
