Staff were professional and answered all my questions in detail, showing me how they would make the needed repairs. I was updated daily on the progress and car was detailed cleaned upon its return to me.

Quick repair once car brought in. Staff takes time to describe in detail the repairs and listens well to customers. Office staff very good at keeping customer aware of progress with repairs. This is my third time using this office location and they continue to do excellent work!

My experience at Gerber Collision and Glass was calming the second I walked in. First Brenda was on top of my visit before I even arrived. She assured me throughout the the visit. Second Patrick was very through about the inspection and the follow on process. Both were honest about possible delays due to the rear window and it order/delivery process. They both communicated with me with updates and progress on the vehicle. The expected finish date was originally October 7th. I was pleasantly surprised to learn they were complete with the vehicle on October 1st. John greeted me and walked me through completing the process. My vehicle looks great, looks like I just picked it up from the dealership. I cannot thank everyone involved enough for making this a smooth and pleasant experience.

Very satisfied I went in to make an appointment to have an estimate done and they were able to give me one right then! Was able to schedule it within a few days and had it back within 5 days!
